Newb from AZ
Hey guyz and galz!
I'm happy to be part of the best Z forum on the planet. I look forward to learning from some of the experts in here
as well as hearing about what's going on with other proud Z owners
.
I've had my Z almost 3 months now. I bought a 2006 Base MT Redline with 29K miles for $16K. I thought it was a great deal as the car is in absolute immaculate condition and had a great stereo system. The car was bone stock except it had a billet grill
I've done the basics already - put on 19" Volk GT7 - 8.5 on 245/35 front and 9.5 on 275/35 on the rear. It's dumped on Eibach Sportline Springs. The only engine mod I did is add a JWT Popcharger. I'd say not bad for 3 months and limited $$
. My next step is to add an exhaust system and plenum. Hopefully I can get this done within the next 2 months.
The amount quality of information on this forum is absolutely top notch. I commend and thank all the folks who have gone through the painstaking task of doing, failing, learning, perfecting and finally putting it down on paper so others can learn form their experience. I will continue to refer to what others have done before I do anything to my Z...don't need to reinvent the wheel
Anyhow, hope to be part of this Z community for years to come and look forward to constructive criticisms as well as some nice compliments...

I had no choice on the grill as it was on the car when I bought it. I had people tell me it looks dumb and I also had people tell me it looks cool
. I'll keep it on for now until I find something better...
