03 Z - FL to Philly: 11 hrs Bumpy ride
Picked up my 03 Z with Stage 3 Stillen Supercharger. Picked it up from FL and drove it straight home to philly in 11 hours only stopped for gas 3 times got about 25 mpg.
Car has some good upgrades already including Stillen sc with intercooler, Stillen catback exhaust and Stillen intake. I'm suprised with the amount of room for a 2 seater I'm 6'4 and still had plenty of room.
Only complaint I have for this car is the really bumpy ride. I can feel every little bump! I don't know if I'm so used to my 2 lexus's (is300 & rx330) or the 350z just have really rough ride.
Anyone have any suggestions to improve the ride? (tires are new)
What brand makes good shocks for the 350z?

coming from a lexus, check out the blistien pss 9/10 coilovers. really nice ride.
but in general the Z's ride is not meant to be soft and smooth, its stiff from the get go,the rough ride you are feeling is normal my friend.

You hit it right on the money! You got a used FI Z, for less then the price of a NA Z, how could you loose? So what if it doesn't make 400WHP, enjoy getting 100,000 miles plus out of your stock block!
