Default Red 350z

Hi friends,
I am almost in the end of negotiation with a private seller for 350z. I would like to know your suggestions on this deal before I finally make a deal.

I have few questions for seniors here.

1. I am getting this 2008 red 350z base coupe with 3000 miles on it for 20 000 dollars. I think its a great deal but would like to know your opinion.

2. Whats your suggestion about buying auto or manual?

3. I am 26 yr old male doing my residency in Medicine and I personally do not know if 350z red color is a great car. I know there is no yes or no answer but would certainly appreciate your input.

4. KBB private party value is 21000 and trade in value is 19 000. Should I negotiate more on the car?

5. I have only a yr of driving experience. Do any of you have any idea about the comprehensive and collision insurance that I may be paying on this car if I buy it?Right now, I have acura integra 1996 model and I pay only 40 dollars a month but its 3 party insurance.

Any other suggestions are welcome. I am making a 20 000 dollar transaction and I actually do not know much about the car business in america.

I am new to united states. I have to buy a car in a month because the car that I am driving is giving me a lot of problems. My questions might sound silly but how would you guys feel if you were in another country and trying to know their system and buy the car there? Would you not need any help.
All that I can rely here is internet and forum chats like this one is. How would I know if my thoughts are right?

1. If YOU think its a great deal, then why would you want random people on the internets opinion?

2. Seriously?

3. You're 26? Sounds more like 17. Why are you asking us our opinions on the color red and how well its going to suit you?

4. You should always negotiate when buying a used car.

5. How is giving your insurance information for a 1996 Acura Integra going to help with determining the insurance for a 2008 Nissan 350Z? Or any car for that matter.

Welcome to the United States. There is no trickery involved here buying a car. You will pay sales tax, tile and registration. That's about it.

Yes. A red 350Z is for you. You cannot resist.

Welcome to the forum. With regards to whether auto/tiptronic or manual, it's personal preference. You're the one that will be driving it.

You obviously like red, so go for it. Red is supposed to go faster isn't it.

Happy hunting, drive a few if you can before you decide on one.

^^^i agree with him, test drive it. see if the private seller is willing to negotiate, sometimes having cash at hand is very convincing.
