Default Is it worth it?

My first post on the site, so whats up! I'm a current 06' Nissan Frontier owner, but planning on giving that truck to my bro and purchasing a 350z.

I found a used 350z, so i wanted the opinions of Z owners to see if I'm getting a good deal or not.

condition: excellent condition, one owner
model: manual 350z Base
year:2004
mileage: 66,000
misc: nice aftermarket rims.
price: $10,000

cool thanks man. Do you have the base model?

Because i just spent the last 30 mins reading up on the different models of the Z. The base model doesn't have LSD or TCS!? damn that's such a bummer

Though I live in cali and though i don't plan on racing, it DOES rain in california (despite popular belief haha), and i don't drive fast, but i DO have a tendency to pick up speed really fast till i reach the speed limit. And being a newbie manual driver, i think i need to have tcs/lsd :/

Guess I'll have to buy a crapmobile honda civic or find a good deal on a better model..my budget being no more than $12000

yeah man i have the 2004 350z base model its ok but you won't have cruise control or lsd. Though its a good model if your going change the lsd with an aftermarket one but not having crusie control yeah that will get you in trouble on long drives..lol i know from experience. If your not going to do major upgrades to the z i would at least going with the next trim higher.

Hell no. Have you tried to put a skull on the front of a 350Z. Will not fit.

Base owner over here! Sounds like a good deal, but go and look at it carefully/ test drive it.
