Tomorrow is the day
I'm an '06 grad of UWG and live about two miles from the campus off 166. We'll be moving closer to Atlanta within the next 6 months or so, but I'm sure if you see a yellow Z around town...it's me. C'ton is still pretty small and I can't think of one single yellow Z I have ever seen in the area.
Been out all freakin' day long...but I have my Z. We decided to go look at the yellow 2005 first and got what we felt was a good deal on it and took it. It is actually a 2005 35th Anniversary Edition with pretty much every option I'm aware of other than volume controls on the steering wheel. It has the power/heated black leather seats, navigation, DVD, etc. It had some really worn Bridgestone Potenzas on it that I hated. Got some Dunlop Direzzas put on and it made a massive difference, to me anyways. Took it by a local shop with a couple of big Z guys and had them look it over really good. Other than some tiny rock chips on the front end that had a **** poor touch-up job done to them, everything else checked out great. It was a one owner car and the interior was flawless. The previous owner had actually traded it in for an '09 370z. Got it for $14,900. I'm sure with a bit more patience I could've found a little better deal...but I'm really happy with it. The original window sticker came with it and the retail price on it new was $41,000.
I'm thrilled with it.

Here it is....

I had backed my Titan out of the garage so I could get my Hobie kayak down to work on it and just decided to leave the Z in the garage when I took the pics. It would look even better out in the sun. Not the best pics, which is bad since digital photography is part of what I do for a living, but laziness has taken over today. Just took them with my waterproof Pentax I use while kayak fishing.
...and yes, it has an AT. That's part of negotiating while married. She wants to drive it but doesn't want a MT. It was either AT or no Z.

w00t!!! Congrats! Nice job on getting a rare beauty. I think you will be very happy with this one! Love the Direezza's too. I had them on mine for a year and loved them.
Maybe you can come to this event: www.zdayz.com in May!

The main problem we have here in the south during this time of year is pollen. It shows up bad on almost any color...even my silver Titan. It won't really show up on the Z, so that will be nice. We really just wanted to avoid dark colors because a car can get dirty really quick around here.
Wow, awesome that you went with the 35th. Certainly not that many of them, being a one year, limited colour. Enjoy!!!
One of my previous toys was sunburst yellow, which is quite similar to the the Ultra Yellow. You'll need to be quite vigilant to keep and possible paint staining at bay. UY is such a spectacular colour.
