former honda owner checking in
i'm a new Z owner and have no pics of my Z right now but just introducing myself here on the forum. I used to drive an 03 RSX-S and pretty much got tired for FWD so i bought a Z. Here are just a few of the stages of what I've done to it. Mainly just different wheel setups. here are some pics of the dc5 and well...the Z is so stock that its not worth snaggin a pic. only thing worth taking a pic is of the 11k odometer reading. I've always wanted a Z and almost bought one that was in the marketplace but my bank told me it was an 03 and the mileage was too high. i ended up with the same year...but with less mileage and they finally gave me my loan.
ON TO THE PICS!
racing hart c2's: 1st year of ownership
flat blue TE37's:
candy teal rpf1's
what it looked like before i sold it on 18x9 Volk GTU's

I like Honda's and understand the appeal as my first car was a Civic hatch that I modded far too much. Two motors (B16 then B18), 3 sets of rims, full interior swap, four wheel disc brakes, body kit, custom tri-stage paint, coil-overs, intake, ehaust, blah, blah blah.
Hondas are a ton of fun as they feel like a fast power-wheels car. But going from that to my mustang GT was like night and day on the torque difference. And now the Z is fast, beautiful, and respectable.
And the RSX (especially the S) is kind of a long-running inside joke around here due to the Honda owners talking like it's the fastest ride out there.

i've noticed!
i don't mind. i've moved on to bigger/better things. i'm just glad i can actually go somewhere with the Z and not worry about it getting stolen.
just picked up a nismo cat-back today. i haven't even owned the car a month. i don't think i can ever leave a car alone.
