yea...
i was driving on a around a righthand soft curve, it was made a blind cuve because of the trees and bushes of to the side on my side of the road.
and there were people parked in front of there houses on the opposate side of the road. and no legal parking on my side, so my lane was completly clear.
so i have the right of way and oncoming lane has to slow down and move over because of tight fit and i see some guy flying down my side of the road so i turn hard right up and over a curb..and hit a tree dead on !

Most people will turn/swerve to avoid an accident which can possibly make the situation worse.

For me insurance is only for when u get hurt, kill someone or rear end the **** out of a lambo.
If I can afford to fix it on my own, I will, no need for claims and no need to tell them, gotta keep my record spotless

ok so again....it is a 2 lane road. one going, and one coming. you are on the right hand side..and another vehicle is coming from behind you to either come up slow down and stop behind you because evidently you are in the way correct? Now your side is FREE of parked cars as you said and it easily able to pass through correct? WHY are you stopped i guess i am asking in the 1st place if there are NO other cars "driving" around you??? Evidently if you were moving slow enough to get your Z through the area of which you were able to drive the guy behind you would have HAD to stop in order to follow you right????? So by you jumping the curb he evidently thought you were i'd assume parking your Z...and he took that advantage as to pass you by. So i don't think he "ran" you off the road if evidently you had time to either gun it straight and continue ahead beating him b4 he even reached you. Is it me or does your story seem somewhat fishy???? I mean perhaps you can explain it a tad better. I would have rather had that guy hit you in the rear, then jump a curb and slam into a tree. Cause then he'd be paying for you're new Z. right?

you might be confused......
You might have it wrong..... I read it that it was an oncoming car that should have given our friend the right of way b/c there were cars parked on his side. Since he was coming at our friend so aggressively, our Z driver had to pull to the right to make room, not accounting for the looming tree......
