New Z Owner In Ohio
Hey guys i got my first Z a little over a month ago and i love it!! Its definitely one of my favorite cars that ive owned. Its an 03 daytona blue performance model with about 85k now.
Has a few mods that came on it like 19" rays g35 wheels, tokico d spec adjustable shocks/struts, tein s techs springs, tinted windows, sri with aem filter, skunk 2 plenum spacer and a throttle body spacer.
I just ordered Megan long tube headers, i already have a megan y pipe and im making it a 3" single to a megan muffler. Also bought me some underdrive pulleys and deleting the idler pulley. After all that gets installed(if theres any other good mods that wont break wallet then let me know) i will prob get me an osiris tune.
But here's a few pics of it!

car looks good man.
idk about those long tube headers or megan products for that matter. Ive heard their exhaust products have a tendency to crack... As for the TB spacer idk anyone that runs w/one, we all pretty much use a plenum spacer.
Theres a good DIY for the idler pulley delete on this forum, check it out.
Enjoy your car!

Thanks!!
Yea ive read a few threads about megan products, some poeple like them and some say theyre crap, but if they crack ive got a year warranty and if its past that ill just reweld them myself. And the tb spacer came on the car when i got it but i know its probably not adding anything and i doubt its hurting anything so i figured i would just leave it on there. But Thanks
Hah sounds good to me!

Good looking car.
Since you asked - my opinion FWIW:
Sounds like you've covered most of the breather mods other than an Motordyne MREV2 lower plenum, so you may want to look at it. I'd suggest the Osiris tune like you mentioned. After that, I'd be thinking about adjustable sways, adjustable camber arms, LSD, clutch/flywheel, true coilovers, and BBK as far as performance goes.
Congrats and welcome to the forums!

Thanks guys for your input! Ive been looking at front lips for it but i havent decided which one i want yet.
Also i looked into the mrev2 a littler bit, I may get one of those or i might try porting my stock plenum.

Congrats and Welcome! I have some G club guys out in dayton, and we have KP, the guy who makes all the add on moduals for our cars, lives there too.
Good luck with the mod! SlowMotion Motorsports is just north of Columbus and does the UpRev tune! Corey, the Owner, always takes care of my Club members and gets the best prices around for the club as well!
Hope to see you around sometime!
