ok guys so im tired of FWD even though i do love my car. It is a Ford Focus btw. i have a lot done to it but im tired of FWD...

so i have been looking at a lot of 350's recently and they all look nice. i'm just wondering what i should lookout for. Major or minor problems.

I would start with buying a Z then introducing yourself as a NEW OWNER.

03-05 has "slower" DE engine

06 has some oil consumption issues

07-08 HR engine is BOSS.

Make your choice.



Search for a thread called "what do you hate about your Z" or something and read read read...Almost anything would be a step up from a Focus unless its SVT and worked on.

also i plan on getting a 1st gen z as im only 21 and dont have the highest paying job at the moment. enough of one to buy a z though

If you can find an 03-05 with RETARDEDLY low miles be skeptical of past mods that may have been sold and traded in. But you would pay that off faster for sure

good luck with the purchase op, i'd keep the fwd for snow and use the rwd in every other season.
