My new Z - Did I get a good deal?
Picked her up for $12,000 cash. 2005 Base, MT, 81,000 miles. Full body kit (not sure of the name), Apexi exhaust (not sure if full cat back), Nismo CAI, Aftermarket spoiler (not sure of name), 19" TSW Rims, tinted windows. Car is pretty much in mint condition.
Only problem is the sound system. Previous owner tried to put a sub in but didn't finish the job so only the front 2 speakers work and the stereo unit in there now is trash. If anyone has some recommendations on how I should set up the sound system let me know. I don't really want a sub in the back because I need the trunk for storage. Is there a way to get some good bump without a sub?
Only other mod I want to do is red or black brake calipers. Anyone have any suggestions on this?

If it's the same grill that came on my car 4 screws will remove and your car will gain +10 respect. Other ways great looking car. Looks like a good deal to me.

nice car just get rid of the grill. as for your sound system the car comes with a 10" sub behind your drivers seat that sound decent from the factory you could always just replace it with another 10. good luck and welcome to the z family.
+5 for loosing the grille, maybe even the wing
Buy a can of vht night shade at o'reillys and black out the front reflectors, and if you have the cash pick up the 06-08 headlights.
As for a bbk, prepare to dump some serious coin...

Can someone tell me why I need to change to the 06 headlights? I have noticed that my vision at night is pretty bad with my current headlights. Is this why I should change? Can someone show me the difference?
