Default Almost an Owner

Plan on buying an 04 base model next week. Look forward to it.

Anybody have input on specific things I should look for on an 04?

(has had all scheduled mx thru 115k, I checked the car out and it looked like it was worth the asking price)

This is the fortunate result of an accident that involved by beloved 2003 Maxima SE (RIP).

No injuries, and now that I have been treated good by insurance I'm in the market for one of these puppies!

The max had an eibach suspension so when I drove the Z I was somewhat familiar with the stiff ride. Very different car though...

Almost doesn't count. To post here you must have the keys in your hand.

I'd be scared of buying a Z w/ 115k, my 03 only has 82k

Default Believe Me Now?

Here she is! The most fun I've had on four wheels. I swear if Nissan built motorcycles I would have two of those instead of two Hondas

The car feels great. One quick question though...

I'm getting a little squeaking at very low speeds from the front brakes. Plan on buying pads and installing next week. Any recommendations on an affordable yet effective brake pad?

thanks in advance

Nah, the Z is well built and 115k isn't anything to be scared of if well taken care of.

Sending PM on brakes. Also consider adding an intake plenum spacer and dyno tune to add some pep!

Thanks Hal

Just did the first oil change and the bottom of the guts looked okay.

Only real concern is the belts...

BTW after searching I have already found great info on this site. this rocks!
