Roadster is a convertible, coupe is a hard-top.

Both of the ads are roadsters; one just didn't say it in the name.

Does your son drive standard?
The AT looks like a base and the MT looks like a touring based on the pics.

Both are verts, one is MT, one is AT.

On looks promising and stock, one looks ghetto with those chrome wheels.

Agreed. Chrome wheels= . The black Z is definitely the better one imo. Only thing that would hold me back is it's automatic

From the pictures they both look like fully loaded touring models with leather seats. Also they both are the slightly upgraded 2004&1/2 year revision model (I have the early 04 model). The Black one looks in really good un-molested shape. The sliver one has a rip in the rear panel of the roof and has few mods of unknown quality, grill, wheels, pedals, has that look of being owned by some car forum punk (just joking, but if truth be told really).

If you’re looking for a bit of a project car, my guess is the dealer will let this one go much, much cheaper than the asking price. I don’t have much of a sense of American pricing so I can’t advise on what is the right price. Keep in mind that the roadsters were quit a bit more expensive than the coupes when new and keep this premium as used cars.

You are ...serious?Not trying to troll ?
Alright,whatever,I'll bite.
Looks like you are set on a convertible(roadster/convertible...same deal).
Maye we'll call it a spyder/spider to really confuse matters?
By the number I've seen,a majority of roadsters are AT.Lots of chicks buy e'm.
The silver car, just looking at it ...yells trouble.Awful wheels, the grille...Just smells bad.
Its also in a town that just filed bancruptcy.Red flag...
Depending on your son's background(did'nt he own a Charger?MT Charger...don't think so)he may like that auto.It looks clean.
I'm sure there are others around. You check Craigs?Out of curiousity I CHECKED LA CRAIGS.A bunch of Z's for sale.Sometimes if you have the cash,
you may score a good deal there...if you really check the car out.

that one sold already, im more on the dealer side even though a private person has good price you got to pay all the $$ up front, i got the $$ but i rather go to dealer put a good down build my sons credit and buy a extended service plan. jcity thanks for the fact on wheels and other custom stuff but i guess it all depends on the age of the person buying the vehicle and "whats in" on your side of the town. by that i mean i have seen cars here in southern cali that look nice ive seen cars back east with 26" wheels that look awful but to them its nice. you know what i mean? and no offense taken from anyone or meant
