Um that's BS quite frankly. KBB suggests a lot of them have a value at around 7k and those would be fine cars if properly maintained. They just shouldn't be the rev up motor. The ring distributor killed that motor version and the only good thing that came from that years was the LED tails.

But frankly without the 07 bubble hood when I see 06 tails, my first thought it that guy must have gone through some $#!+ with Nissan.

I looked for months for a Z. Test drove 3, before I found mine. I didn't find a single dealer listing a Z for under 17.5k. They expected to drop about a thousand or so off that. Private party sales around here are non existant-I guess Z owners refuse to part with the cars. There were plenty of autmatics around the 15k range....but I needed a manual. I got mine for 14.2k and compared to other prices in my area, I got a hell of a deal.


I'd be very alarmed if I saw a Z go for 9k. I don't think I could find a salvaged or 120k miles+ Z in my area for that price.

Exactly. I got my 06 track 6spd for 16,9. 51 on body 33 engine.
