I have wanted a sports car for a long time. I was really stuck on getting a corvette. When the new 370Z emerged I thought that would work for me and it's much cheaper than a corvette.

The only sports car I have ever owned was a 1986 IROC-Z with a 5 Speed manual. I got it when I was 23. I'm now 47. Since then I have owned only Jeeps (5), Trucks (4), SUVs (4).

I really wanted the 370Z but came across an ad for a very clean 2004 350Z with 62,000 mi for $12500. I went to take a look at it and bought it on the spot. I had cash so it was easy. As I drove my first few miles in the car, I figured I just saved $24,000 ! Having never driven a 370Z I was perfectly happy with the 350. I spent the next 2 days driving it just for fun. Due to the rain on day 1, I only put 150 miles on it before flying out of the country back to my work.

I absolutely love this car. My brother is a die hard BMW guy. He has had many types of BMW cars and owns a 325is and a 750il. I let him drive the Z and he loved it as well.

The car is in very good condition and was garaged its entire life and stored winters in N.H.

I'm enjoying the forum and learning about the Z from all of the experienced Z owners.

Congratulation with your new toy. I don't drive my 04 Z a lot, but still has 80k miles on it. Good pick got a very less mileage 350Z.

 

btw, i like your three doors garage. Keep each car a distance so you wouldn't hit other car when opening door.
