How you drive a stick is all the same for all cars, BUT, they feel differently, I'll say each manual car has its own personality...
hard to explain, but, generally, they're all the same

Forget about it. Are you serious about getting one, or are you wanting a joy ride? If you are serious have your parent go with you, let your dad drive it first then you. dont worry. Let the guy know you are interested and it is for you. Simple.

not sure if he was ********ting me or what just letting you know.

bring a parent if you can to ensure the deal.

I have never testdriven a Z because every dealer I have ever been to has given me an attitude about being young (Im 21). Either that, or they are just pissed that I have saved up enough to actually consider such a car. Screw em, if you want it bad enough you'll find a way. Mine gets here in 8 days... think they'll let me drive it then? hehehe

i test drove one and i was 18. They just scanned my license and off we were. The dealer did come with, and i never drove that much stick, so i stalled it like 3 times, but it dont matter, thats why you beat on their cars, and order yours.

Damn I never had an issue with test driving a Z. Back when I got my Z a little more than a year ago, they let me test drive a SB Z that someone already bought (Cant believe they told me to test drive that one, was already detailed and all). After the test drive I bought my DB that came straight off the truck. I was 24 when I got it, no hassles at all.

CCDrunkie, go on to Nissan's web site and check out all the different trims, their respective prices, options, colors, etc.

Also try visiting Kelley Blue Book in order to find out the difference between invoice and dealer pricing so you will know how much bargaining room you have.

IMO it sounds like you have not done any research in considering the Z.

Sorry, but this made me laugh... is there a difference between trims?

You need to do some homework before you walk into a dealership, or you'll be starting a new post:

HELP! I JUST GOT FU*%ED AT A NISSAN DEALERSHIP!

Good Luck.
