Default New owner. Coming from an S2000

Hello all. I finally took the plunge and sold my S to try out the 350Z

I have owned my S2000 since January 2011. It was a Silverstone 2001 AP1 that i did a bunch of mods on. Installed a new glass softtop. lowered. Blacked out emblems. and a bunch of other stuff. I have always been interested in the 350Z.

So i finally sold the S2000 which was in perfect condition. Found a good deal on a Lemans sunset 03 350Z with 133.XXX miles. Vehicle is in great condition. Clutch seems to be wearing out and i might have to swap the transmission due to the grinding while shifting to 5th gear. Other than that the Z is in great condition. Haven't had a chance to really drive it yet. Just drove it from where i bought it.

I am 22 years old and live in Fredericksburg VA

Here is some pictures of the Z and one from the S

Thank you. I can't wait to get started. Took the whole interior apart this afternoon so i could clean behind the dash and in areas you can't otherwise reach.

need to start blacken out emblems and wheels and get her on some coils soon

Welcome Z is lookin real nice, I dont know what it is but to me the OG 03 Zs look best in that Lemans Sunset color.

Be careful taking interior pieces apart or Mr.Rattle will come out to play lol

Thank you sir!. i was blown away when i saw the condition of the car. paint is flawless. no dents or door dings at all. The seats look brand new. The guy i bought the car from had all the service records and it looks like he took the car to the shop twice a month for checkups.

The car has 133k miles on it but in this condition it will last me way past 250k if i take care of it just like the previous owner did.

Will get more pictures soon .

Alright here we go. Slightly modified the hood to allow air to pass through easier

Truck driver slammed on the brakes for absolutely no reason at all. i got out of the Z to inspect it but i was still in shock and can't remember the damages. It looks like the front bumper is fine. Obviously the hood has seen better days. Also Fan and radiator must be trashed. i think i saw oil underneath the car when they put me in the ambulance?. Windshield is cracked. This is the only picture i have.. Would you think it's repairable or call it totaled?

Right click the link and click ''open as new tab'' and you will see the picture.

I don't know it was just bad luck. i have never been in an accident before but in this scenario it was hit the truck and hope for the best or swerve to the left lane and hit the mazda 6 head on.

Thank you sir for the reply. Now back on topic do you think the car will be totaled? i know it's hard to tell by the one picture. it's driver fender. hood. windshield. radiator and fan. I'm not sure if the engine got pushed back or not. they immediately took me to the hospital and only got to snap that one picture
