Default Actually got my 350z

I finally got my 350z, coming from a Tiburon. It's a 2008 Grand Touring, manual trans, with ~34,000 miles. Car has a few dents from hail damage (I drove from Texas to Oklahoma to pick it up), some scratches, nothing I can't fix.

My only complaint is the right headlight is picking up moisture underneath the cover.. Need to get that fixed for inspection :/

Overall impressions, I love it. Definitely the best car I've ever driven personally!

Not a Grand Touring. Either a Base or Enthusiast.

EDIT: could also be a Touring. Does it have leather and the Bose?

It has orange leather and bose as well. I thought only the GT had the orange leather?

I'm guessing it's just a touring then huh. No wonder they went down on the price quick. The tried selling it to me for $25000 when I got there and immediately went back to the original 19500 they told me initially.

Huh yeah, you guys are right. It's a touring. I bought it from a Chevy dealership that had no clue what they were talking about. I'm still happy with it though

The "orange" leather was not exclusive to GT. Nice car though.

Lol, it was funny because the site said Touring but they said Grand Touring when we called them. Just probably a way to get me up there.

Most win ^^ brembos should be standard only thing I wish my car had since I swapped a VLSD on the cheap.

OP, great looking Z. If you have time, remove your headlight, dump out excessive water (taking care to not get it on the lense which could cause water spots) and let it dry over a day or two. Then go to Home Depot or the likes and look in the bathroom section for stuff called DampRid. It comes in a box with 4 hand size bags. I cut the corner off, dumped some of the desiccant out and stapled it shut and stuffed it in my headlights and put the cover back on to deal with super random moisture.

Any plans for her?

Good luck!

That's a very good idea. Im only worried that sealing the headlight too much can make it worse. I probably will get some aftermarket ones down the road anyway, I just need to pass this inspection

And so far nothing really, I'm reallly enjoying this car stock right now, it's so nice. First couple of mods are probably going to be long tube cold air intakes, then a muffler delete until I can afford a full exhaust setup. Long term goal, I want twin turbos

No, you don't want any aftermarket headlights. The '06> are the best there are, and anything else will be a big downgrade. That's not to say you can't mod those (to change their appearance), and there are several threads here to browse, but don't mess with the basics.
