Default Ive come back

Hi gents

I left a few years ago when I sold my 07' HR and bought a truck, but I just couldn't take boring driving anymore.

The truck days are over and I Grabbed an 09' 370 w/sport pkg (and some really wide tires on the back end). Ill prob keep this one stock like I did the HR, maybe some basics.

Being as I bought it used, and I've been out of the loop, go ahead and chime in if there is anything I should put some focus on or common issues I should pay some attention to. Changing the oil this weekend, making sure its full syntech Thanks guys in advance

Its nice to be back.

Mike

Welcome back and the only mod you should consider making to your Z34 is a good quality oil cooler.

Well, so far (I still haven't put it through anything heavy) all I really have to say is that my HR felt more in your face, and light. The 370 seems to be much more refined, and tamed I guess I would say. I did a couple of launches up to 80mph, granted I have 275 on this Z and LSD, it did seem much quicker. As for the roll, meh it may be a wash, but then again the cars do feel much different.

Ill take it to the track this coming Wed, I ran consistent 13.3s in the HR stock (no LSD). IIRC I was in the top 5 for awhile on here.

While I loved my HR, the HR was a piece of plastic with a motor on the front. And Ill never forget that evil 5500-6k rpm vibration. The 370 feels more calm, BUT it def lost that exhaust note I loved.

Thanks for the heads up on the oil cooler. Ill look through a few and make my selection.
