NICE! I had 3k in cash a few years back when I was looking at a 240 coupe and the guy was chomping at the bit when he had it listed for $4100. After the test drive and thorough walk around though, my 3k went elsewhere

Cash talks BS walks. GratZ again OP

Thanks again everyone.

The deal just keeps getting better, after finding a thread on here explaining the variances between models it looks like I have an Enthusiast instead of a Base. I have AT, TCS, and cruise control on the steering wheel, does that sound correct?

Do the buttons work??? If you have the VDC button below/to the left of the steering column next to the gas door release then you for sure don't have a Base.

it's common for base owners to piece together the hardware such as a new wheel with the controls to make it a "Base Plus" as I call mine since I put a VLSD in it on the cheap I haven't fussed with Cruise yet since it's not my DD and it doesn't get driven much.

I have the TCS button below the steering wheel and it's an automatic so it can't be a base right? At least that is what I've seen all over this forum. No VDC, that came on the upper trims I believe.

Haha, we have the same problem on the Cobra forums since they have dropped into the low teens price-wise e30Cabrio. I would certainly hope that 29 years old and an 11 year USAF vet wouldn't put me in the "kids" category, then again my wife might agree with you!
