Default Old owners back on the forums

Had a 350Z from long ago, and have left the community.
Just moved back to the USA so looking to get a toy to enjoy for a while, and a good 350Z just fell into my lap so going to take a look and buy it tomorrow.

Yep, end up getting it.
A little rough around the edges so need some attention to details.

Body work need a little bit of clean up, and maybe some side skirt.
The seat is a bit tight (Put on quite a bit of weight over the last 10 years )
Come with some ISC coilovers and the ride aren't great, so getting some new coilovers to improve the ride a bit.

But other than that... solid car, air con blow cold, and it is great to be back in a Z.

The car is awesome, and got all the right mod including kinetix racing velocity intake manifold, Headers, test pipe, exhaust, and tune.
The game certainly moved on since the day 10 years ago when we were still debating how much power a intake spacer added.

And I am at the gym now... maybe I will grow back into the seat.

I just made the transition back.. had an 04 350z in 2006, 2009 370z in 2009 and just made it back into an 03 Z to use as a daily driver... The cars are still great and just need a little maintenance to be a really fun daily/weekend track car.

The forum however has changed, it is now a lot of new users asking basic questions about their cars that have been answered 100's of times. Expect a lot of "how much hp will this get me" or "What exhaust sounds good" threads.

Welcome back!

It isn't too bad, we all start some where.
When you been modding cars for almost 20 years, you do forget that you once believe that spark plug add 5 hp you know.

All we can do is help out the younger one so they don't make the same mistake we had.
Like buying cheap E-bay parts, realise that it is crap, then end up spending money buying the proper bits and throwing the E-bay parts in the trash.
