Y’all i got a 06 and got tuned and pushed 270hp with 253 torque on a dyno jet
i did see this 06 350z with 3 simple mods and pushed 292 whp and 255 on a dyno jet as well
and this guy mods list is
-test pipes (unknown)
-z1 single exit
- stock air box intake with K&N filter

my mods list
-AEM long tube CAI
-lower intake manifold MREV2
-plenum spacer 5/16
-art pipes v3
-unknown hfc y pipe
- tomei single exit
And I’m only staying N/A and not trynna go big like cams etc etc

could it be dynos be reading differently ?
Could adding a NWP 75mm and switching CAI to a Injen
get me up there ? I know most of y’all will say
cams and whatever will fasho push me up there but not looking into
that at the moment

 

Theres too many factors to list on the different readings. Don't bother chasing numbers - fools errand.

The NWP would probably help
switching intakes probably wont make a difference

Your best bet will be to go back to the tuner and have him change your correction factor so your dyno print out reads 293hp … then go show your buddy that your setup makes 293. Or you could just photoshop it.
