Default Clutch problems after new install Please help!!

Hey guys , I have an 03 350Z DE and I recently replaced my clutch and flywheel with an action clutch stage 2 and I’m having pedal issues and driving issues. The pedal feels soft but it does have pressure and when the car is driving it revs more than it goes but the transmission slowly catches up to the engine speed. I just replaced the slave and master to help the soft pedal but I still need to bleed it more. I was looking at the clutch fork and it looks off center and crooked so I’m wondering if that’s the issue. Can anyone help me and possibly send me a picture of how a properly operating fork looks from the outside? So I can compare it to how mines looks. Please and any info would help. Thanks!

You should have replace the fork and pivot ball while you had it down. Did you do the proper break in period?

I haven’t broke it in yet just because it felt weird and I didn’t want to keep driving it that way. I should’ve replaced the fork but I didn’t think of it I’m working on it right now and when pressing the clutch , the fork is rubbing on the rubber seal and also looks like it’s bottoming out on it if that makes sense. It doesn’t look like the fork returns to its proper position
