Default Relearn now smoking exhaust help.

Hey guys Mike here, I hope I'm in the right spot but I need help. So I have a 350z 05 de motor and upgraded my throttle body and installed a catch can. Car started no issues but had high rpm and not steady so I got engine to right temp and attempted to relearn ECM but failed. Next day I drove it and it ran ok but not smooth with high idle still above 1100 . Now engine is at better temp I relearn the ECM all three steps including "peddle dance" and engine light blinks so it actually worked. I turned on car and white smoke coming out of exhaust when I gas it at idle. I checked my catch can and noticed a lot of oil already inside I drove it maybe 2 miles when it wasn't smoking . So bypassed catch can back to stock and still white smoke. It was only when I "relearn" reset ecm it smokes. Should the catch can have that much oil in it if any.? Please help. Sorry for long post just giving details so not much back and fourth bugging ya guys . Thanks

Hope you figure out the smoking issue on your car. I think there is a idle adjustment screw on the throttle body that may be able to get you revs down a bit
