The dealers are morons. A dealer in DC tried to sell me a Nismo yesterday, telling me every dealer only gets one. Called me a liar when I told him the dealership in my town has had as many as four on the lot at ONCE. I don't know how, but it's true. Dealers suck. Grrrrr.

I don't know who he thinks he's fooling but thats rediculous, although, he might have actually only gotten one. Because with sports cars, and limited edition sports cars especially, dealerships get allocations based on how many cars they sold the last year of the specific modle they are trying ot allocate. So if he lets say only sold three 350Zs the year before, he might have only received an allocation for one Nismo Z, but to say thats how it i ofr everyone is rediculous. My dad's friend own two nissan dealerships and between the both he gets about 30-35 coupe/roadster allocations, and 15 Nismo allocations, between the two delaerships. But its rediculous some dealerships are real morons, one around here told me that they were only making 150 Nismos, that it was a typo error for the 1500, than they tried to tell me that $5000 over cost is the cheapest they are going for in the nation. I was never going ot buy the car from their anyways, because I'm gonig to my dad's friend's dealership, but all I wanted was a booklet and they fed me all that BS! Some dealerships suck, but some are on the money!

Just bought mine yesterday. 38,655 + TTL. They wanted to give me an '07 Red for invoice but the dealer had already ragged it out and this was a black '08 right off the truck still in the plastic. Couldn't pass it up!

I paid $36,200 for my Nismo. Took me over 2 months to get the dealership to locate one that I approved of and get it to NY and get all the paperwork done. It was well worth it though. I have to say, the HR engine is alot better than the revup in my 2006 Z. The engine is alot smoother power delivery. I have a little over 500 miles on it. I've gotten on it a little bit but not over 5500 rpms yet. Can't wait to be able to hit 7500rpms
