$40,000 OTD but they gave me $30,000 trade-in on a car I paid $24,000 for so when the dust settled, I had $34,000 in a 07 Nismo with 8 miles on the odometer and plastic never removed . They made out though because I found out my trade-in sold 2 days later for $32,500 so in this case, we both were winners.

I might just wait and see if the 07 black sits till next year. They are expecting an 08 redline. I want to try to get it for invoice (Black) I would prefer the silver though.

as long as no one got completly screwed it is a nismo z after all and its worth whatever your willing to pay for it. i only got a deal because since 1999 i have bought from the same dealership altima gxe, 2.5 altima, 3.5 altima, altima SE-R, 07 maxima and now this. not including all the customers i sent there. they lost out though because now that i have the maxima and the nismo z, i probally wont buy another car for years. cant afford the GT-R.

But I have heard from one of my friend's that goes to school in San Diego went to a dealership and they wanted $10,000 for one of their first three and on the last one they got they wanted $12,000! Rediculous! I feel very fortunate becasue, my Dad's good friend is giving me the car for $500 over Invoice! I was so happy and by the way I've decided I think on the White one, but anyways just wanted to know what your paying for researching purposes, if anyone doesn't mind me asking?
38k + extended warranty, gap insurance, free lojack and "paint protection? salesmen were pretty kool at my dealership

35,200 with destination 35,900 for a new 07 with 25 miles. All the dealers are bidding on the same cars. Around me no one has any in immidiate stock. Ira Nissans are part of Group 1 Automotive by me (which is how they could locate the car from another dealer) , so all I did was call up every Nissan dealer within 100 miles and told them what my original price quote was (36,500) and if they could beat it.
Ended up getting 600 bucks off and all it took was a couple of phone calls. All the dealers are pretty much bidding on the same cars since there are only 665 of Nismos made for 07 (ballpark number). Plus it feels great to turn the tables and have them fighting among themselves instead of fighting with you.
