Just got the car, so no mods yet, but my wish list:

-a true-dual exhaust with nice tips and no drone
-stillen intake, or any intake that is fully sealed
-3.91 gears
-quaiffe LSD
-lowering the car a bit, but don't wish to upset the balance of the car or scratch up the front lip. As of now, I don't see myself scraping the front lip at all unless I'm not careful or something unexpected occurs.

^Realistically though, other than the exhaust and intake, most of it probably won't happen.

I have had issues with the TPMS light too. My favorite mod is my NISMO carbon fiber short shifter. I have tiny hands, so fits nicely

Do you have any pics of that? I was considering it. How do you remove the shifter ****?

I don't at the moment, but will take one at the weekend for you as I have to take some of the interior and exterior for my Dad at home. He works with a guy who has a Roadster (in the UK) and wants to know what the NISMO looks like.

In terms of replacing the shifter, there is a lot of info on the site here that will help (including pictures) and I think there is a link on stickies in the main forum. I would advise strongly that you try and get your local dealership to do it as it's real easy to ruin the old one while taking it off.

I actually managed to get mine off myself and fitted it - but took it into the dealership anyway for a check. They said that I had done ok, just tightened it a little more.

Main thing is to remove the cover first, and hold the actual stick with one wrench, and turn the shifter with another - as you can damage the tranny.

I managed to keep my old one in pristine condition too - was VERY lucky

Here are some shop pics :

he's talking about Nismo's homey.

as far as me, im in the process of taking all the labels and door handles off and gonna get it all color-matched.. and Car Toyz 2 is going to do a One-Off custom Fender kit so its about 2 inches wider but the front and rear sits and forms perfectly (still awaiting the mold though it wont be for awhile) before Summer it'll be on, atleast thats what we're all hoping...

That nismo CF shift **** looks good, but I've heard of a few accounts where the CF portion gets loose, then just spins in place.

Favorite so far is the avic-d3 I put in... After that my 15% tint, but I have the nismo intake finally shipping next week, the site is backordered til next Wednesday apparently.
The CF **** looks good, but I still prefer the stock one.

Edit: What are the problems you guys are having with the TPMS? Mine was on for awhile, but that's because a tire was 20lbs low due to a screw, doh!

In my particular case I switched to aftermarket rims and didn't want to bother with the TPMS. Whether I keep the stock rims for tracking or sell them, I figure the less often some high school kid puts metal to either set of rims the better. After a few miles the TPMS light blinks and then stays lit everytime I start the car. I looked at it for 2 days before I tore into the dash and disconnected the LED. Like I've mentioned before in other posts, I have no intention of ever selling my car unless it's being parted out.

for some reason the Nismo doesnt have the PSI option in the digital guage like the other Z's.. unless im completely wrong. I probably shouldn't be saying anything its way to late, and sitting on my laptop when im playing music for my little get together checking forums is wayyy lame.

For some reason, there is no reading for tire pressure on all 2007 350Zs.

Since there is still a tire pressure sensor, I'm guessing this feature could possibly be retrofitted.
