Default Sucksss......any clues??? Please help, thanks!!!

Today I got an email confirmation from my forwarder in MIAMI that all extra stuffs(wheels, tires, audio, filters, intake...etc.) are there at their warehouse and ready to ship with the car. Very happy at that moment to know that they are doing the paper work for CUSTOM now.

But later another email......telling me that the TRUCKING company arrived at my forwarder warehouse to deliver my NISMO #300, but they didnt receive it coz the CLUTCH wasn't working and car wasn't engaging at all.

I called up my dealer immediately and asked them what happened and they told me that they are assuming that the CLUTCH FLUID ran out of its original place and maybe that's the reason why is not working right now. They had the car loaded INCLINED about 35 degrees on the truck and from LAKELAND to MIAMI is about 275miles(4 hours) drive. Will it be possible coz the car was INCLINED at 35 degrees and made this happened? JUST REALLY SUCKSSSSS to hear and know that my BRAND NEW car is having a CLUTCH problem before it is shipped to me.

Jenkins Nissan at LAKELAND confirmed to me that the car was 100% healthy and good when they drove up to the TRUCK. But now, when they wanted to unload it from the TRUCK the CLUTCH is not engaging anymore.....why could this be??? Can someone help me out and tell me?

Thanks so much~~~

Thank you sooooo much BRO, I am sure that your reply will surely help. So I suppose that it was not the 35 degrees angle for 4 hrs drive the MAIN PROBLEM then. Seems like mine, which falls under the VIN# has this problem like many others. But what I should say? I should be very happy to find this problem much earlier than many of your guys and still not driven it yet before they deliver it to me. Otherwise I will be very MAD and SAD to have it here in PARAGUAY and not working at all, right?

I AM SOOOOO LUCKYYYY~~~~ THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH And THANKS GOD for everything HE HAS GIVEN me and my family till date.

Thanks bro, but I must say that I am really lucky to have found this problem before I receive the vehicle down here in Paraguay, right? Anyways, I hope that you guys can tell me what other problem you have encountered riding the Z till date.
