Default Civic to 350z to EVO to HR 350Z NISMO

Been on MY350Z for a few years but am only recently back...and sitting in a new HR Magnetic Black NISMO #1053.

Been through a short history of cars:
- Silver S/C Nissan Xterra
- S/C Civic Si
- N/A 350z Enthusiast
- Meth Injected EVO MR
- HR 350z NISMO

Mods are simple so far...HKS Hi Power True Dual and NISMO intakes--just a note about the intakes...w/out the benefit of a dyno run, the only performance gain I can confirm is increased thottle response and the suble but infamous growl from under the hood.

Haven't had the time to shoot the car the way I like...but took a quick one just after a little down pour:

Attachment 182746

Anyway...good to be back...definately spending too much time on MY350z this past week

I would really like to see more pics of the HKS, curious to see how that will look.

I'd say performance--combo of handling and power--but my EVO was deadly. Although the Z makes great power, I've always loved the styling of the NISMO and the cockpit--if I can call it that. However, I'm finding the NISMO is a great handling car...and even though I'm again having to get used to rear wheel drive, I'm having a blast in mine.

I almost said, "Because I couldn't afford the GTR." But that is only partly true

So many cars...I usually get what I ask for on my sales or trades. Biggest factor was taking the Nissan on a ride and showing him the all the receited work. All he said was, "Holy ****."

3 hours later, I went home in the Z.

Evo's and civics are pigs. I had a few for breakfest with my 91 Twin Turbo Z (auto). I would not even consider them sports cars just souped up family cars.

It came supercharged...I loved the SC because it had very smooth, predictable power--off road was fun as hell...I even had a Z surprised one day--I couldn't pass him but he couldn't shake me...although, w/a little more road, I probably would've been dust.

That's a lot of history and experience...may have to borrow from your wisdom when the time comes.

I haven't seen an SC Xterra in a while...but I had a good driving experience w/mine. If they're still available--and could afford 3 cars--I'd do it again.

Just pulled my spacers off...dealer was too busy to get me in the day I discovered them...keeping them as a memento.
