My 2 cents, if you want to make smoother upshifts.
When shifting up, instead of doing this.
1)Release gas pedal
2)Depress clutch pedal
3)Change gear
4)Release clutch pedal
5)Depress gas pedal
Do This :
1)Depress clutch pedal
2)Release gas pedal
3)Change gear
4)Depress gas pedal
5)Release clutch pedal
The very moment you take your foot off the gas, you are engine braking. If you clutch in before you lift off the gas pedal, you avoid the jerk created by the sudden engine braking.
When you Release the clutch pedal, again, you do not want to release into an engine that is braking, a small amount of gas will make the clutch engagement much smoother.
Hope this helps a bit. Cheers !
that happend to me at the track, its because ur flywheel is spinning so fast that when you release the clutch, the presure plate doesnt have enough pressure to hold the disk to the fly wheel so it just free revs and the clutch stays to the floor
