Default JDM front bumper part number?

I was driving on the highway the other day and as I was switching lanes to pass someone I hit a cone. I checked my blindspot to my right and as I was right in between lanes I saw a huge cone and hit it dead on. It must have fallen off someone's truck or something. Sounded like it shreaded to pieces, but I didn't see it behind me. So now I need a new front bumper. Anyone know if you can get a JDM front bumper and what the part number is? Is it against any laws if I don't have reflectors on my front bumper? I wonder if they come painted. Thanks for any help. I'll post pics later.

Good point on the fender flares. I guess I'll just go with stock.
