Aren't you are suppose to receive some type of certificate in the mail?

Yeah, you get one in the mail sometime after you fill out the form on the website. I think it took almost 3 months for mine to show up, while others got their's in just a few weeks. How long have you been waiting?

You are supposed to get a CD when you buy the car I beleive, and that has all the info on it.

Your suppose to fill out the survey and they send you a signed certificate along with a CD I believe. I just filled my out 2 minutes ago.
