there are still some decent inventory of brand new 2008 Z's and NismoZ's to be on dealer lots. Only about 450 new Z's were sold last month nationally

Confirmed that there are more than 1500 per my previous post. Reiterating 1607 total production for US and Guam. I ran that 1500 number past my NNA source and she reiterated the 1607 number.

Source (Jennifer Hoppe) said 1607 for US and Guam. I wonder if more were made worldwide and numbered consectutively. I see that 1609 is in the Phillipines.

Yes I know Japan has Nismo's they also have other options that aren't available here on the Z. Any Nismo that has the red seats and number plate were imported to the Americas. Why I don't know. I don't know where you're getting your info from, but theres no such thing as just a european nismo 350z. ALL nismo 350z's have black seats with red inserts and ALL have a numbered plaque, so saying "Europe got black with no plates" means there is no way in hell those are nismo editions.
