Check the article out date is from 7/24/07 right after the release of the Nismo. At the time Nissan had told several different sources that the car was going to be in limited production. The numbers then were 1500. Well they changed things up and made more so for the few of us that bought an 07 when they first came out may kind of feel jipped.

Must've missed that one. I'd read many articles and none of them ever said difinitively that there were to be 1500. I'd seen that 10% thing in a couple different magazines, and seen "around 1500 or so". However, the "official" word from Edmunds is not the same as the "official" word from Nissan. And to be fair, none of the places I read my information from would qualify as the same as getting info straight from Nissan.

So I guess the only difference was that, from the projections I'd heard, I didn't feel let down or lied to when the numbers crested above 1500 like some people.

Besides, I'd trade my numbered plaque for the JDM seats any day.

I guess I really am a lucky one if the production #s that are being said are correct. I have #1606 and purchased outside of New Orleans

last week! I guess that would mean I have the last one made for U.S.

It's white, which worked out perfect because that is the only color vehicle I buy. I'm sure I would have made an exception for a nismo that was a different color, but white is my favorite

Bad **** mine is also white not being a *** but I think white looks the best on the nismo
