As stated previously, 2007 production ended at #669.
Final production number for the 2007-2008 NISMO Z is 1,607 units built for the U.S. 7 Vehicles were built for Guam. These numbers were provided to me by Jennifer Hoppe, NNA, Specialty Vehicles.

I'm glad they kept the units somewhat low.

 

How does that work? theres only suppose to be 1500 produced period, either they were talking **** when said only 1500 made or they decided "hey, lets make a 100 more".

 

They never said there were only going to be 1500 made. They said they were going to keep production at less than 10% of 350z's built for the model year.

It was a buit vague seeing as how it could've been less than 10% of the models built for 2007, when they were introduced or if it was going to be less than 10% of the models built for two years, since it carried over to the '08 model year.

1500 was NEVER officially stated by Nissan. That was a number that someone made up and everyone ran with.

 

So is that 1600 US and 7 Guam or 1607 US and 7 Guam?

 

From what I've read, they were aiming for roughly 1500, but that number could increase primarily depending on sales. I was never big on the limited production numbers, but am glad that it stayed rather low.

From the threads about Nismos not selling, I'm surprised it got past 1500.

 

LOL 7 Nismos for Guam? Seems kind of a waste to send that many cars to such a small island. Im sure a few of those will be wreaked soon. Coral roads + rain = FAIL.

 

So is #1607 in the U.S. and has it been sold? Not sure if it makes it any more collectible or help resale, but I'd aim for that one if I were in the market.

Until we see a NISMO over 1500 then we can not believe that. And that has YET to happen.

guys what about the OEM nismo spare parts for these cars 07-08 350z nismo ? like exhaust,suspension,wheels..etc ? where we can find it? is it available?

 

Guam dont have coral roads.. and fyi, the import scene is also big here.. and ive seen the 7 nismos they sent...

 

crazy i just bought mine, and its #1559 08 so what is the true story here how many where really built.????????????
