OP welcome, sorry on these terms, but many of us put down way more than you first off. Secondly we could afford it. Third we wanted it...
Oh wait if you think a 590 car payment is bad...add 200 plus insurance because of age, and filling her up with 92 a month makes her a 800+/- car....If this is your daily driver I feel sorry for you take it back asap...

sucks
Generally speaking -- if you sign something you have to know what you're signing...
Although it's pretty iffy if they make a fraudulent misrepresentation to you "This is a contract for $500 a month" and rush you into signing it...... and THEN you find out it was for $590 a month.
I would consult a lawyer about this.

You can scan and post the contract, but I doubt we will find any arithmetic errors. The seller has a signed contract. You have the vehicle. That’s pretty much a done deal.
I see no misrepresentation on the part of the seller.

To reflect what many have posted, man, you got pwned. I'm confused as to how this happened, every car buying guide I've read practically screams "don't negotiate from a monthly payment stance" and if you did your research thoroughly, you should have known that. Heck, I bought my first car at the stealership when I was 22 and even I knew that you NEVER negotiate the monthly payment.
Unfortunately, I very much doubt that the stealership will do anything for you. Unless you live in a state with a "cool down period" law for signed contracts, you're screwed.

How i see it, you have 2 chooses.
1 Find some twistie roads or local road coarse, and enjoy the car.
2 Go to Lake Michigan and drive the car into the lake, and walk away.
I would go with 1, the more you drive the car the more you will smile when you see it.
Took mine in for pass.set problem last week, when i was there had used cars check it out for tade in only would give me 15k. car cost me 43k including insurance and upkeep for the last 1.5 years.
Moral of this story when you buy a new car expect to keep it for 10+ years to get your moneys worth, even then you still lose money, but less the longer you keep it.

I hope that you didn't buy your car at The Autobarn Nissan because they are the biggest crooks. I bought my 07 db touring here and they tried everything to fudge me, but I kept fighting them off till I felt I was around the #'s I wanted to be at and fudged them. You still have options as to how to get your payments lower like going through State Farm Insurance and refinancing to get a lower % rate that can save you some cash over 72 months plus they give you free gap insurance in case you owe more than what your car is worth in the blue book. Thats what I did and I saved about $1,700 2 months after I bought the car. (lower rate, less interest)
