still the OTD price isn't that bad. is it great, especially in this economy? no, it's not. it's livable though so enjoy the car. your numbers aren't adding up, btw ... missing some details.

Hey PO. just so you would feel better, I paid 42K for mine out of door (Got it in CA). I purchased my 08 Nismo (white) during Aug 2008. I didn't regret it at all after I find out people getting killer deals after the 370 wave, I felt my baby Nismo was worth every penny. I don't care if other people got better deals or not, I only care if I liked this car or not. In the end, couple thousand dollar difference isn't that much of a deal to me.

If you want this car, go after it. If you can't afford it, then drive your old ride til you saved enough then pursue your next dream car. Just my 2 cents

If the seller in fact said: This is the contract for $500/mo... and it ends up being $590/mo... that's a misrepresentation. Because it wasn't the truth.

 

Here's the update. They cut me a deal. They let me return the nismo free of charge gave me back my money and pretended I never bought the car. But with one stipulation. I have to buy some 350z so I just asked for the cheapest one and they gave me a base red 6 spd 350z for 25 and with ttl it came out to 27800. I took that car and I'm giving it to my mom because ur fav car is a 350z and I will keep her altima until the lease is up and after I will buy a nismo z or whatever car I desire at the time. But within a 30k price range.

Dude your financial skills are in the gutter. I have yet to see anyone get a nismo for 29,0000 otd. If there is any color that you might have the most remote chance of getting for your magic number is the negaro red. I hope they took it back since i only read the first page. Goodluck dude.

Wait...so you got a do-over, and a good deal on an 08 base, for 28K OTD, and you gave it to your MOM? Why don't you just drive the base then instead of the altima?

However, it does make for a good Mother's day present.

 

Check your state law--call your bank or credit union--you should have between 2 to 4 days (business) and return it without any obligations. Here in MD it is 72 hours or 3 business days for any loan. if you want the car, get an approval for the purchase price from your credit union or bank. I used to be in lending.

im going back to the dealer tomorrow. you guys are right. it should have been done after i returned the nismo. i havent driven this base z since ive had it. my mom doesnt want it and i dont so i will tell bring someone with me that can actually help and hopefully we get this car returned. im sick of the service and being taken advantage of.
