Damn drunk drivers
wow.Glad you didn't get hurt.A testiment to the nissan build quality.
I've been in the paint and body business most of my life.
I hate to see cars like this arrive and know that the estimate will
be close to a total. If it gets repaired, its a repaired car.You can only get them
back to factory tolerances. You can't get them to pre-crash condition.
If its close, push for them to total it.The shop gets the tear down
time anyways.I own number 0411/1500 so I know how you feel about
seeing your nismo in this condition.

I spent the whole day yesterday looking for replacement cars. I like the new 370 but I don't love it like I did the nismo 350. What I am looking at is a pearl white 370 sport delivered to me for $32,200, which is invoice plus a little bit. Does this sound like a good price?
Also, I drove the 370 40th anniversary yesterday and I like it. The dealer has 2 on the lot so they offered me that one for $35,500. I am torn. In all honesty, I don;'t want either, but I think I like the anniversary more, but either way I am going more expensive than the car that I loved that I only paid $30,000 for. Its just a hard pill to swallow.
Any ideas on price for these would be much appreciated.
Cliffs:
- do i buy a 370 white sport for $32,500 or offer less, none in the state
- do I go for 370 anniversary for $35,500 or offer less, 2 on the lot and many in the state
Thanks,
I would get the 370Z Anniversary. I just like the red accents. Plus, $35K is roughly $5K cheaper than what I have seen.
Shaun and Fabcas, sorry to hear that they totaled your Nismo's. =( That was really hard to look at. Good luck with your next Z! In my opinion, it makes me not want to drive my Nismo anymore.
Thanks Kcee91. It really sucks, because I can not find a PPW Nismo with low miles within 1600 miles of my house. I guess I will end up going with a silver if I go back with the Nismo.
Hopefully, it doesn't happen again.
