With this wilwood master cylinder, it helps force the fluid in, which makes my clutch work correctly. Like I said, its different for each car, but if you have your tranny out doing the clutch, I would research the zspeed slave cylinder for sure. Joe has a thread open in the HR engine section about his slave cylinder, lots of info there...

Not so much you didn't have enough fluid, Just the fact that the stock masters wear out, get all gunked up and cause the pedal drop issue, Yours was pretty nasty inside also after I took it further apart.
This is after I cleaned some of the crap out to find the fluid hole. Imagine what one looks like with average mileage and not the low miles your car has...
Anyone that replaces the slave with our HD slave or a new stock slave should really consider replacing the master at the same time.

Also, the stock master cylinder design sucks and is why we are testing our new Wilwood set-up on your car

This is deep inside your master cylinder that was causing you issues.

Hmmm. So I guess I'll be flushing out my fluid every 1 year or 10k miles. @Brandon, how's that Wilwood setup on your clutch? Interested.

So you just replaced the oem clutch fluid reservoir with the wilwood setup? Did you change the line distributing the fluid or just kept it stock? Thanks bro. Btw, sorry to thread jack, but can you possibly pm me on your stance coil over setup? That's my next to do before the new engine. hehehe! :thumb up: Hint hint.

how many miles have you guys racked up on your nismo's when this happens?

i have ran into an issue where i had no preasure on my pedal after down shifting on the highway or at high speeds, even up shifting at high speeds, so then i took it to nissan and they adjusted the clutch linkage and it works fine now.... but is this the end or should i expect some possible problems in the near future? i only have 13,000 miles on mine so far. if you could pm me that would be awesome....

sweet niz brandon, good work

Yep, I have the top extended warranty. After my last car sh*t out on my right after the warranty, I swore to always buy the best extended they had!

???

Just change fluids, don't think 60k is the end of a transmission!

Hopefully you guys get it all squared away!

@King, if he has a possible synchro issue, he should get that taken care of before the warranty ends. Just my two cents.

If not, just get your shifter realigned imo. It could also be the cause with a misalignment.

I did and nothing changed.

When I took it to Nissan, the head of the department took it out for a drive and said all is fine, but I had them change the fluids anyway. If it gets any worse I'll take it in again. I have the top extended warranty, so I'm not too worried about it.

Sorry again for jacking Brandon. I'm probably gonna go your route and upgrade everything. Ugh, so much to buy and so little money
