this was a bit of a read.....my honest suggestion is just to have a dealer look at it if its still under warranty. Thats really you're best bet, i haven't encountered a problem like that with my nismo and i track and run the crap out of mine (whenever it comes out the garage.....don't judge me) but yea, that way you'll get your answer. I agree that a fluid change WOULD be beneficial but it won't solve your problem judging by your situation. I did it just for peace of mind. It could be the CSC so jus give 'em a call and hope for the best.

Kevin I think your fine lol...you worry to much bro. The z tranny is loud and somewhat notchy compared to other cars...just get better fluid and a stainless steel line...I'm 99.9% sure that will fix you soft clutch issue. As for everything else I think you're just paranoid...I was the same way when I first got my z.

If you want to COMPLETELY drown out your worries, go with a true dual 2.5 inch, no resonator, apexi' n1 turbo tips and you will never hear anything bother you again....not your car, not your friends, not the cops, NOTHING.
ps. you can also run a non resonated single setup like kingbaby! Me and him drown each other out, but since none of us can hear the other from inside, we still can't tell whose louder

Here's my advice as requested by OP -
1. flush the clutch fluid with Motul RBF600, see if there is an improvement... cheapest thing to do
2. If that doesn't do the trick, replace clutch slave & master cylinders and if you wish, switch to stainless steel clutch line... this will obviously require another bleed. 99% sure this will take care of any issues you have unless you completely glazed your clutch when it went soft
feel free to skip #1 if you just want it over and done with. For what it's worth I had the same issues when it got hot or when I drove for long periods of time in Los Angeles. I did #1 and it helped for a brief period, but then the problem came back. Did #2 at Performance Nissan and it's been fine ever since. I find Nissan dealerships are good at doing certain repair tasks as long as you tell them exactly what you want, but they are not so good at diagnosing problems.
