Are all Nismo's exactly the same off the factory line? Since CA is so strict on emissions, are the nismo's that were shipped here modified to pass brand new?

I would say yes the CA emissions is different then the regular Federal emissions. By that I mean, that the pcm would measure what's called a very small evap leak that is predetermined. If the evap system sees a leak that is less than .002 of an inch then it will set this DTC. Besides that I really would know off the top of my head of what else.

 

They are 50 state legal from the factory.
