post edited for Kevs thread.

Long story short, I'm going to be shocked if it's a Southbend product failure and not some exterior error or throwout bearing or the like.

Also, never drink and text!

Ps: Sorry for the rant.

But I've had it with Nissan dealerships. And I also spent hours googling for faulty South Bend clutch situations before I purchased and only found 1, which later was found not to be a soutbend issue. (Which he did not post about.)

Hope you get everything worked out, Kev.

So we ruled out that it couldn't be the flywheel bolts being loose since it is way worse and continuous. We are thinking it could be the throw out bearing. Will be taking it back to Nissan tomorrow.

After much research, I believe that the culprit could also be a bad bearing in the input shaft.

So it's confirmed not a Southbend issue?

lol, I don't miss that at all. I stayed in Sierra Vista for a little while. So random. Sunny mornings, hail for an hour in the afternoon, cloudy afternoon and clear sunsets.

Nice Z, good luck on the repairs.

It's not too bad to be honest. I'm in the east valley area so definitely not too bad. Well at least Texas and Arizona have one thing in common, the heat! lol Thanks for the compliments. Hope everything is well with you.

Haven't heard back yet. If it was a quick fix, I would've known yesterday so something has got to be up. If the trans was bad again at least I can get one last fresh one before the warranty ends in December. lol I did get a full brake overhaul as well. Only thing I"m missing are the ss lines, but I"m going to upgrade the whole system once the wheels are decided on.

Haven't driven it yet. Still at Nissan. I was waiting for my GTR tech to come back to work since he keeps the keys safe and locked in his toolbox.
