Default Did Autech also weld the NISMO370Z

I'm curious. Autech added additional body welds to the NISMO 350Z. Did they do the same for the NISMO 370Z? I have not seen anything stating they did.

No cuz the 370 has a stiffer chassis compared to a Nismo 350Z so it was not needed.

Hmm trust me the Z34 needs it. It shows when you push the 370z NISMO vs the 350Z NISMO.

Nope. Nissan says it did not need it. Probably did it to save money.....I am sure the chassis could use it.

or they already did it to all the 370z during construction.

but we should wait for SOLO-350Z to chime in, since he knows everything.

The Nismo has some extra bracing under the car, hard to see in this pic, since they are the black bars running diagonally to the center mounting point near the muffler can. Are these under the regular 370's?

As I said, we are all going to have to wait for SOLO-350Z to log back in and tell us.

Well, I did meet with the Autech engineer from japan last week and we did talk. Steve Millen also drove the 370z NISMO on the road course and even said himself the 350z NISMO is more of a raw handling car and he preferred it over the 370z NISMO. The 370z NISMO to me, is too soft and less responsive over my car.

My car only put down 250 rwhp vs my friends stock nismo 289. My car has a failed CAM SHAFT SENSOR BANK 2 and was fuel cutting the car on the dyno and track. I have yet to figure out why it went out, but it comes and goes. I just need to get a new sensor.

It never got that bad where it just completely cut the power like that on the dyno and throw the code p0345. The car would have been in the 320-330 range on that dyno as on the last dyno my friends car dynoed on same setup his did 260s and mine did 293.

Your Nismo 350Z does look and sound very nice. too bad for the low dyno. I never got to see your buddy's Nismo 350z on the dyno but I did see a370Z putting down 320rwhp.

But solo's nismo 350 is still faster.. even with only 260whp, he smashes all 370z's that race him. If you don't believe me, ask him..
