Default Can i do a 150 shot with upgraded pistons, rods, and cams

My friend has a 05 G he just wanted to know if it would be ok to run that set up or is it risky i was thinking that the only problem would be the valves. Let me know. Thanks

oh you dont even know, no controllers, no rpm window switch, no TPS switch, just a button!! i had it hooked up to the utec but messed up the driver that worked as a window and TPS switch, so i just went at it old school!!

it worked fine, thats what i ran my 11.83 with but i was very very very conservative on my run, had to make sure it was floored and let off way before i shifted!!

fun times!!

If you built the motor and threw some cams in WITH nitrous, OMG....can anyone say 9s?

That's my plan....minus the cams I think. Built bottom and top end....couple more bolt ons with a UTEC.....Another year guys....I'll be there. Until then I have my Gixxer ;-)

WTF-who would spend $$ on building a motor top (heads) and bottom end (block) and run stock cams? That makes no sense

modified stock cams bro.... grind em down.

revs and reliability (longevity & ability to hold high HP - more nitrous) is why you'd build top n bottom. There's plenty of hidden HP in a port n polish...stock cams or not.
