Default Remote bottle opener...

I currently run a zex remote bottle opener. Although it's very trick i fear it's leaking my precious fun juice when not in use.

Has anyone heard of of have experience with nos escaping from the bottle due to remote opener not closing 100%........???

yeah, i have definitely heard of people having this issue, havent dealt with it personally though. there are adjustments you can make on the remote bottle opener to make it open a little more of a little less...

try to get the instructions for it if you dont already have them...

I just took it out and sold it on ebay, it was wasting valuable juice. Plus I think it was draining my battery some how even though everything is dead unless ignition is on... oh well, it's a trick part but not practical.

I got mine from dynotune and it works great. I've worried about the same thing, but after I close bottle, I purge the remaining amount of N2O our of my line and then check the pressure to make sure it's 0. So far so good! (It's a little more practical havign a remote bottle opener b/c my bottle is tucked away behind my seat)

btw: I bought alot of my parts from Jeremy (Audible Mayhem) and everything is working great - thanks!

if it was leaking then eventually nitrous would of built up in the lines and gave you a reading on the nitrous pressure gauge even if the bottle was closed and the lines had been cleared prior.

not sure if you're talking to me...but to clarify, I've check the pressure guage every once inawhile before opening the bottle to make sure it's still reading 0.
