thanks guys!!! i get soooo busy now a days, i miss these threads
one thing i have learned over the years, when it comes to something that can TOTALLY destroy your car and engine, dont skip steps and try to cut corners. nitrous is a serious thing, installed incorrectly it could blow your intake manifold right through your hood...
do it right, it doesnt cost that much, a nitrous kit with ALL the options is right over a grand brand new...

I started with a VEnom 1000 kit, and it was a disaster.
The electronics on one bank worked perfectly but the other bank never worked quite right. I took it back to Venom several times and they checked it out and said everything was OK, but it wasn't. I checked the unit out myself using a Cipher to verify how it was working.
The good news is that you only have to buy a fuel solenoid, nozzle, jets, WOT switch and window switch to complete the kit. Just throw away the electronics package and control switch.

this has nothing to do with voltage or signal waveform.
The venom has six orange wires that are meant to be tied into each of the injector wires. The injector signals are modified by the Venom electronics box. I was never able to figure out exactly how the electronics box works, but I do know that I only got increased injector pulsing to accomodate the nitrous injection on 3 cylinders (1 bank).

right exactly thats why I'm trying to figure out why 3 cylinders would be ok and not the other 3 and thats why I was considering using this kit even though it is a dry kit it's somewhat a mix of both b/c it does add more fuel, even if i do have to get a better fuel pump and a tune I mean I mine as well b/c in 6 mos. Im going to get a turbo kit either the greddy or STS if they don't take so long but for now I think the nitrous is sufficient.
