Default zex bottle warmer question

For those of you that have this kit and setup, how long does it take for your pressure to get to 900psi? At first mine has a psi of 640. I let the bottle warmer run for about 10 minutes and it only climbed to 780. It was about 50 degrees outside, but I thought it would heat up alot faster than that.

Sounds about right, it takes a while for N2o when cold to get to optimum bottle pressure.

If you want to heat the bottle up faster, insulating it would be the best way to increase the rate. There are bottle jackets and blankets you can buy, or you can just make your own with things like a towel or something. Simply put, insulate it and it'll heat up faster.

If you want to get your bottle pressure up quick in the winter season. Fill your bath tub up about a 1/4 with warm water. Sit bottle in straight up for 10 minutes or less you will hit 1000 psi in no time.. Then reinstall plug in warmer and it will keep the psi you want till you leave it sit over night or just spray a lot. .

listen bro, i had the zex heater tooo, its a pain in the butt. i got it up to 800 on 70 deg days. this is what i did. the zex heater comes with 2 temp sensors. in that big orange rubber case on the heater. either you can cut the sensors out and put the cicuits back together, very easy by the way. or you can put an icepack on top of the zex heater but not on the bottle. that way the sensors stay cool enough to keep heating the bottle. just be careful when you cut the sensors out b/c you dont want it to get too hot! do the icepack thing first, i did it first and got my pressure to 1100 on on 70 deg day!! it made the bigggest difference!

hope that helped.

option # 3, buy a NX heater, you can choose what psi you want the nitrous to be.
