I would think the TPS wire could still be connected to its same location because even if the zex box senses the TPS signal it still wont activate until it sees ground.

This absolutely makes sense and I do appreciate all the help. My only additional concern is that I would like to use the UTEC to define what WOT is; whether it be 90% or 100%. I want to make sure that it fires whether or not I managed to hit 100%. I'm not sure if that makes sense. Thanks in advance!

Ah, that puts a little wrinkle in the situation...

I would think that setting it at 90% wouldn't make much difference. When I get off of it I want the NO2 to stop immediately!

do you have to use a utec to accomplish the 90%?? or can you trick the zex box in to thinking that your at 100% when ur at 90 and anywhere past that it still fires

Yes you have to have the zex box "learn" what WOT is. Which means in a drive by wire car like the 350z you have to take the intake pipe off and pry the throttle body valve open while pushing the button on the ZEX. <this process i feel sucks and has to be somewhat inaccurate. I'd like to tweak and define what WOT "feels" like.

im the person that was working with turbo xs and they stopped working with me so i just went to the old software and everything worked fine. genegoesfast bougth my utec off of me so you shouldnt have any problems it was working fine on my car.

the utec spare solenoid is definately the ground and if you have the new version on your utec try buying a map sensor. i have a pretty good idea that it will get the new update to work. i got as far as using a pig tail map sensor plug which pegged the boost at 60 psi and the spare solenoid would kick properly but the car would stall everytime i started it because the utec would pull fuel, fuel cut is at 40 psi and i was always reading 60. they wouldnt send me a map sensor on them so i just went to the old sowtware for free and it worked.
