Questions on Nitrous for my 07' Z
I just bought a Dynotune Nitrous kit for my 07' Nismo Z. I have the NX shark nozzles to replace the Dynotune ones. My question is for those that have run nitrous on there 07'-08' Z's. I ran a 13.51@103mph completely stock with a 2.0 60' time. What can I expect with a 75 shot of nitrous? I would like to run 100 before the end of the season here in MD but I want to have it on a dyno to make sure my A/F is ok before I run a 100 shot. Is 12.7 witht he 75 shot and 12.4-12.5 too much to expect with a 100 shot too much to expect with stock tires and stock clutch? For those that have ran this have you been able to hit the nitrous in 1st gear or did you have to wait until second gear? Any clutch slippage? Thanks for your inputs in advance. Hopefully I'll be at the track this upcomming weekend or next. I want to get a purge before I actually run the car. I also have seen nitrous backfire...what is this due to?

That would be awesome. Where do you usually run at? I usually run at MIR but my friend keeps trying to sell me on Capital Raceway so I'm sure I'll try that soon. I'd really like to go to Cecil County...I heard that's where the records are held for the Z's. I'm still wondering what makes Cecil so damn fast?!

I usually run at Mason Dixon on Sundays and Capitol on Friday nights. I have always put down better times at Mason Dixon, but capitol has a nicer parking lot imo. I've never been to mir, or cecil county.. but cecil is on my list!! I have heard that ppl throw down the best times there. That track must be paved with rubber!

I hear ya, I'm still working on getting mine hooked up. Hopefully I can make it to MIR or Capital this friday/saturday. If not then I'm definately going the following weekend.
