Ok I heat up my bottle until I got to 1000psi.
After I spray for one run. Pressure drop to 850-900psi some where around that.
And it took like almost 10mins more to bring it back to 1000up.

Is this normal ?

 

Sounds normal to me, don't forget that during your run 1. The bottle had time to cool down, which lowers pressure 2. You used some of the nitrous so the bottle isn't as full, therefore you would have to heat it a certain % longer no matter what bc there is less nitrous to build pressure with. Both of these combined means that it will take longer to bring the pressure back up.
