The only manual way of adjusting timing on older cars was turning the distributor. Obviously this doesn't apply to our cars. You would need a re-flash or an ignition system that is programmable or has a retard function built into it (MSD etc).
Why do you want to retard timing anyway? Nitrous or are you going turbo? If it's nitrous you can spray 100-125 on stock timing no problem, just use colder plugs.

Im sure he will need to adjust his fuel jets to get the right AF. On my 06 Sedan on the stock Dynotune jets for a 50 shot I was at 17's.
Find a way to monitor your AF before u start thinking about pulling timing. I wouldnt even spray on a stock car seeing what ive seen with these out of the box setups that are supposedly tuned for our particular cars.
